Description

The 50 m² apartment extends over two floors and offers a cozy living room with pull-out double sofa bed and LED TV on the first floor. There is also a modern kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a comfortable double room with its own TV and another bathroom with WC and bathtub. From the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Dolomites with the Sassolungo and Cir peaks every day.

The comfortable 50 m² apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed as well as a cozy living area with a pull-out double sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom is furnished with a shower. From the balcony you have a fascinating view of the Dolomites with the imposing Sassolungo and the picturesque Cir peaks every day.

All apartments have free WiFi, a safe and a balcony.
The vacation apartments are equipped with a TV so that you can enjoy your favorite shows during your stay.
Both apartments are accessible with the elevator.
The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, electric kettle, ceramic hob and a fridge with freezer compartment.
The apartment A has a microwave.
The apartment B has an oven.
The bathrooms are equipped with a bidet, hairdryer, shower gel and soap from the dispenser.
Each apartment has a parking space in the garage.
A washing machine is available for both apartments.
Each of our vacation apartments has its own ski room with ski boot dryer.

From 11 p.m. onward, we kindly ask you to respect the night's rest.

Important information

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments
Pets are not allowed
Final cleaning is included in the price
Check-in from 2.00 pm and check-out within 9.00 am
The local tax of € 2.10 per person per night is not included in the price
Our vacation apartments can only be booked for a minimum of 7 nights.
Arrivals and departures are only on Saturdays. This means that every booking must be made from Saturday to Saturday.
After receiving a deposit of 30% of the total amount, the reservation is confirmed

Cancellation policy

The reservation only becomes valid upon the receipt of a deposit of 30% of the agreed amount by bank transfer, which must be paid within the agreed deadlines.
If your booked stay is delayed or canceled early, the total amount will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure, the entire booked stay will be charged at 100 %.

Travel cancellation insurance

To plan your vacation without worries, we recommend that you make a travel cancellation insurance. This way you will be well covered and can enjoy your vacation with peace of mind.
